Rolf C. Zipf (MBA) manages Career Concept AG as Director of Strategy and Marketing. In this context, he manages the planning and development of this group of companies and coordinates public and investor relations. He also is responsible for distribution to investors. Thanks to his approximately seven years of dedication to the education fund business, CareerConcept has a seasoned expert on board. 
Previously,our fund manager Rolf Zipf worked as a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting and at the network provider TeraGate AG in Munich. In addition to traditional consulting / horizontal management and project business, he also took on challenges in sales. Mr. Zipf has worked for numerous companies both in Germany and abroad, including Mercer Management Consulting (Munich), Procter & Gamble (Schwalbach), Calvin Klein Cosmetics (Wiesbaden), Alstom SA (Paris) and the German bank in Spain. He studied International Business Studies at the private EBS University of Economics and Law in Oestrich-Winkel in 1999 and received his MBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA.

Christoph L.R. Floss has been responsible for CareerConcept’s Board of Finance and Operations since 2010. He coordinates the entire financial management of the education fund companies and the group of companies. In addition, he is responsible as the expert for the positioning of the education fund concept to universities and handles the entire business organization. 
Christoph L.R. Floss is also a true education fund pro. Even before his involvement with CareerConcept, he was closely connected to income-contingent student financing as the former CFO of Deutsche Bildung AG (German Education AG).He gained further professional experience  as the CFO of the stock-exchange listed ANTERRA Asset Management Inc. and a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young, as well as a stock trader at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After training as a banker at the Bayerische Vereinsbank AG in Munich and Frankfurt, Christopher L.R.Floss obtained his graduate degree in business administration focusing on banking management and financing from the University of Mannheim.
